The Palermo Central station is the main railway station of the city of Palermo; it is a terminal station, since the tracks from the various arrival directions flow into it, ending with a bumper. It is located in the heart of the city, in Piazza Giulio Cesare. The station is the departure of the metropolitan train service line to the Palermo-Punta Raisi airport.
Its coordinates are 38 ° 06′36 ″ N 13 ° 22′01 ″ E with 16 platforms.

There's a staffed left luggage office open 7 days a week. You pay 6€ per bag for the first 5 hours. Then it's 0.90€ per hour for 6-12 hours, then 0.40€ per hour for the thirteenth & following hours with a maximum period of 5 days for deposit.
